The ADR-Link roster has practitioners specialized in delivering one or more of the four prescribed methods available through ADR-Link which are Indigenous Approaches/Original Dispute Resolution (ODR), Family Group Conferencing (FGC), Child Protection Mediation (CPMed), and Other/4th Option.

Join the Roster
Before you apply to join the ADR-Link roster, make a check to see if you meet the qualifications:
- Be on the roster of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and/or the George Hull Centre roster and/or are a qualified ODR Practitioner
- Be available to take cases within the South West Region of Ontario
If you meet the qualifications, continue with the steps to submit an application to join the roster.
Download and complete the Practitioner Application Form and submit it to ADR-Link with your resume, Police Vulnerable Sector Check, and Proof of Liability insurance via fax to (519) 679-4234 or email to adr-link@lfcc.on.ca.
If ADR-Link is accepting new practitioners, ADR-Link will review your application and request an interview. Practitioners that are accepted will be sent an acceptance letter.
After acceptance, you will be requested to provide a photo and be placed on the ADR-Link roster.
